Mammoth Zucchini

I have heard of the stories of gardeners having a bumper crop of zucchini, but have never had the pleasure myself, until this year. These are just a few pictures (a miniscule representation, really) of the abundant and enormous zucchini that we have been harvesting throughout the summer! The zucchini that Rowan is holding was our first indication that we were going to have a stellar summer with zucchini. Do have to admit, however, it is not easy coming up with new and exciting recipes every day to keep up with the ever producing plants!
